Building a compelling business case for nature is one of the harder tasks facing sustainability and nature teams today. The data is new, the language is unfamiliar to many boards, and the return on investment is not always straightforward to articulate.
Inspired by Dragon's Den and Shark Tank, but deliberately without the adversarial edge, the A-Track Dolphin Tank will be a curious, social and collaborative experience. Participants will pitch short business cases for nature action and test how their narratives resonate with senior decision-makers.
"The Dolphin Tank" brings together four practitioners to pitch real business cases for nature action in front of an experienced Jury of board members and senior leaders.
The format is deliberately collaborative rather than adversarial. The Jury's role is not to judge and eliminate, but to stress-test each pitch, offer practical feedback, and help sharpen the argument for leadership.
And the audience is part of the experience too. This is an open online meeting with space for genuine interaction, peer exchange and shared learning. There will be opportunities to contribute to the discussion, exchange perspectives, and learn from both the pitches and the jury's feedback.
